Wolly McNair
is a freelance creator born in Lumberton, NC; raised in Charlotte, NC. His work is a mesh of influences from the artworks of Ernie Barnes, to anime/ manga, graffiti, and western comic artist.Wolly is also a creator, writer and illustrator of various self produced and published graphic novels including Fairy Tale Nights (with Jerale Clebourne), L'Ton, Legends of the Black Pandas, Skull KidZ, the up & coming Super Bastard, and King Supreme projects, to list a few.His works have been used for film & television, art installations, and many forms of print. He has worked with many clients ranging from Speller Street Films, Black Sheep Skate Shop, Nike SB, TOPPs, Archie Comics, IDW, 4th Wall Pros, Jack Daniels, several art galleries, institutions, and museums, including SECCA, The MINT Museum, The Harvey Gantt Center, multiple higher education facilities.
